1. What is HÚM?
HÚM is a collection of refined pieces made for men who appreciate character, craftsmanship, and the details that set them apart. From distinctive Masbahas to Wristpieces, every piece is chosen for its material, story, and presence.

2. Are HÚM pieces handmade?
Many of our pieces involve traditional handcrafting and artisanal finishing. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, and form may occur. These natural differences are part of what makes each piece unique.

3. Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Every piece is photographed to represent its actual character as accurately as possible. However, natural materials can vary in color, pattern, and texture, so your piece may have subtle differences from the one pictured. That individuality is part of its character.

4. How should I care for my Piece?
Treat your Masbaha as you would any fine personal piece. Keep it away from excessive moisture, harsh chemicals, perfumes, and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. When not in use, store it in a dry, protected place.

5. Can natural stones change over time?
Natural materials can develop subtle changes with use and exposure to their environment. Variations in tone, texture, and surface are natural characteristics rather than imperfections.
